
Troubleshooting Steps

Plug in Your Keyboard
Ensure your keyboard is properly connected to the PC.

Press the Reset Button
Locate and press the reset button on the top of the PC to restart it.

Enter the BIOS
Repeatedly press the
Deletekey (sometimes labeledDEL) as the PC powers on. Avoid pressing theBackspacekey. -
Navigate the BIOS Menu
Once in the BIOS, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move through the options.

Go to the Startup Tab
Use the right arrow key to navigate to the
StartuporBoottab. -
Locate Boot Option Priorities
Look for the section labeled
Boot Option Priorities.

Set Windows Boot Manager as First Priority
- Ensure that
Boot Option #1is set toWindows Boot Manager. - If it isn’t, select it and arrange
Windows Boot Manageras the first option.

Save and Exit the BIOS
Navigate to the
Save & Exittab using the right arrow key. -
Confirm Save Changes and Reset
- Select the option
Save Changes and Reset. -
When prompted, confirm by selecting
Yesand pressingEnter.
- Select the option

Check for the Windows Setup Screen
- After restarting, your PC should load the Windows setup screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
