Troubleshooting Steps

• Plug your PC directly into a wall outlet, avoiding power strips or surge protectors, to ensure a stable power supply.
• Check and reseat all motherboard connections as detailed in the PC Won’t Boot section.
• If the PC is still power cycling, try removing one memory stick:
  • Push the latch at the top of the right memory stick to release it.
  • Repeat the process for the latch at the bottom of the same memory stick.
• Once removed, try booting the PC with the remaining memory stick installed.
